陈学元,男,籍贯福建建瓯,研究员,博士生导师。1993年毕业于中国科技大学材料科学与工程系,1998年获中科院福建物质结构研究所物理化学专业理学博士学位。2001-2005年在国外从事博士后研究。2005年入选中国科学院人才计划回国工作。2013年获得国家杰出青年科学基金(结题优秀)。入选国务院政府特殊津贴专家(2014),首批福建省科技创新领军人才(2014),科技部中青年科技创新领军人才(2014),国家科技创新领军人才(2016),福建省第五批引进高层次创业创新人才(2017),国家百千万人才工程并被授予有突出贡献中青年专家称号(2017),中科院上海分院首届身边优秀榜样先进工作者(2019),福建省第二届全国创新争先奖推荐人选(2020),第七届福建省优秀科技工作者(2021),福建省直机关五一劳动奖章(2022),国家重点研发计划稀土新材料专项首席科学家(2022)。      

近年来致力于发光材料电子结构与性能研究,在无机发光材料控制合成、电子结构、光学性能及应用取得重要进展,已在Nat. Photonics, Nat. Commun., J. Am. Chem. Soc., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Adv. Mater.等刊物发表SCI论文294多篇,被引用总次数>23500H指数77,论文近五年他引1.4万次),29篇论文入选近十年化学、材料和物理领域ESI高被引频次论文(top 1%入选《德国应用化学》Author Profile人物专栏(2020),爱思唯尔中国高被引学者年度榜单2018-2019化学,2020-2023材料科学与工程)和英国皇家化学会综合化学领域Top 1%高被引中国作者榜单(20142017);出版《稀土纳米发光材料:从基础到生物应用》等Springer英文专著2部,专章7篇;申请国内外发明专利76项(授权57项)。系列研究成果获2017年度福建省自然科学奖二等奖(第一完成人),2018年度中国稀土科学技术奖一等奖(基础研究类,第一完成人),入选年度中国光学重要成果20102011201320142016)和中国稀土十大科技新闻201120142015201620182019)。      

曾任第十八届国际固体激发态动力学会议(DPC’13)组委会主席,目前担任中科院功能纳米结构设计与组装重点实验室主任、中科院福建物构所材料工程研究中心主任、固态光谱学和光物理国际研究中心主任,上海科技大学特聘教授,香港教育大学荣誉教授,Journal of Luminescence主编,Physics Open 常任编辑,Science China MaterialsChin. J. Struc. Chem.和《发光学报》副主编,Nano ResearchBMEMatJournal of Rare Earths和《中国稀土学报》等期刊编委ACS Appl. Opt.
