王明盛，1977年10月生，物理化学博士、副研究员、硕导。1999年7月毕业于厦门大学化学系，获化学学士学位。1999.9－2004.7在中国科学院福建物质结构研究所师从黄锦顺研究员和郭国聪研究员获得物理化学博士学位。之后留在郭国聪课题组工作。2007年6月晋升为副研究员，并于次年6月评上硕导。已在JACS、Angew、CC和Dalton等期刊上发表第一作者论文13篇；合作的论文有44篇；申请并公开了9件发明专利，其中独立申请1件；主持国家自然科学基金两项（重大研究计划培育项目和青年项目各1项）、福建省自然科学基金青年人才项目1项和结构化学国家重点实验室基金1项，并作为研究骨干参与科技部支撑项目、863计划项目、科技部重大科学研究计划项目和中科院重要方向项目等多项。
