龙西法，1969年11月出生，博士，研究员，课题组长，博士生导师。先进制造技术集成研究所书记、副所长；全国光辐射安全和激光设备标准化技术委员会（SAC/TC284）委员。2003年6月毕业于中国科学院福建物质结构研究所获博士学位，毕业后留所工作，任课题组长；2004年受聘为副研究员；2005.4 -2007.5在加拿大Simon Fraser大学从事博士后研究；2007.6后受聘于中科院福建物质结构研究所，从事晶体生长方面的研究工作；2008年起受聘为研究员。主要从事高性能驰豫铁电单晶的生长与性能研究；新型铁电、反铁电固溶体陶瓷的探索；非线性光学晶体和激光晶体的生长与性能研究等方面研究工作。在国际刊物上发表SCI论文200多篇，授权中国发明专利8项；获中国石油和化工科学技术奖二等奖一项，福建省科学技术奖二等奖一项。目前在研项目有中科院重要方向性项目、863专项子课题、院重大专项等。
