| Dr. Fa-Kun Zheng was born in Fujian, P. R. China in 1968. He received his MSc in 1993 from Fuzhou University and PhD in 1998 from Fujian Institute of Research on the Structure of Matter, CAS under Prof. Jin-Shun Huang. Then he joined Prof. Guo-Cong Guo's group as a lecturer, and became an associate professor in 1999, and a professor in 2007. His current research interests include research on the syntheses and properties of inorganic compounds, and multi-functional supramolecular compounds. |

| Dr. Hui-Yi Zeng received his B.S. (1989) in Analysis Chemistry and M.S. (1995) degrees in Organic Chemistry from Wuhan University, and his doctoral degree in Physical chemistry (1998) from Fujian Institute of Research on the Structure of Matter, Chinese Academy of Sciences. From Mar. 2003 to Jun. 2005, he had being jointed Simon Department, Max Planck Institute for Solid State Research (Stuttgart, Germany) as a guest scientist (postdoc), where he worked with Dr. Hj. Mattasuch on Rare earth-Boron-Halides. From Feb. 2006 to Dec. 2006, he did postdoctoral research in Chemistry Department, Northwestern University (Evanston, IL60208-3113, USA) with Prof. James A. Ibers on Actinide Transition-Metal Chalcogenides and Pnictides. His current interests include organic solid state chemistry and inorganic solid state chemistry, as well as synthesis and crystal growth of infrared NLO materials. |

| Dr. Ming-Sheng Wang was born in Fujian, P. R. China in 1977. He received his MSc in 1999 from Xiamen University and PhD in 2004 from Fujian Institute of Research on the Structure of Matter, CAS under Prof. Guo-Cong Guo and Jin-Shun Huang. Then he joined Prof. Guo-Cong Guo's group as a lecturer, and became an associate professor in 2007. His current research interests include the development of functional coordination polymers with photoluminescent, photochromic and photomagnetic properties. |
