
杨帆,无党派人士,博士生导师,研究员,课题组长。2013年3月 获得日本KYUSHU UNIV工学博士学位。2019年起担任福建省清洁核能燃料系统与材料联合创新重点实验室常务副主任,中国核学会核化工分会理事、中国XT学会理事会专家。先后获得厦门双百A类人才、福建省CY称号、江西省双千人才、2021年福建省最美科技工作者和福建省高层次B类人才等称号。在国际一流SCI期刊发表论文60余篇(第一作者/通讯作者),获批国家、省部级项目30余项。现正依托中国科学院海西研究院厦门稀土材料研究中心科研平台上组建华南区首个“战略矿产二次资源循环利用及核安关键材料”创新创业大团队,并任课题组长。
研究领域:
1、关键矿产资源高效分离与材料体系创制:聚焦镧系、镓铟、锆铪、钽铌(非mibk-hscn法)等高相似元素精准分离,创制酰胺酸(只含C,H,O,N元素)、胺基次膦酸、特异氢键能垒的深共晶溶剂等绿色萃取分离体系,自主开发高数控移动床装备。
2、核科技与量子技术用同位素的高效分离及颠覆性技术突破:面向量子科技、核医疗及先进能源等前沿领域对高丰度稳定同位素的战略需求,开发锂同位素、铬同位素、镱同位素等同位素预富集与分离技术。
3、高熵战略性氧化物陶瓷在先进核反应堆控制棒中的应用研究,涵盖:中高熵铪酸盐与钨酸盐体系的设计与制备;高温高压环境下的结构稳定性与抗辐照性能研究(基础型科研)。
4、高熵战略性冷颜料及辐射制冷材料的制备及其应用,涵盖钼酸盐,铝酸盐,锡酸盐与钨酸盐体系的设计与制备,实现建筑、汽车等领域节能减排,响应国家双碳战略目标。
5、贝塔同位素电池及热光伏电池制备技术,精准调控发光特性,实现从晶体结构到光谱响应。
6、战略性元素二次资源近全利用制备节能颜料和离子吸附材料,有效解决城市矿山堆积,废水富氧化等问题。
7、AI赋能高熵陶瓷的设计,通过机器学习和高通量计算,赋能高熵陶瓷的理性设计,快速预测具有理想性能(如屏蔽性能、中子慢化性能等)的新型稳定配方。
