    个人简介:杨帆,研究员,中国科学院福建物质结构研究所课题组长、博士生导师、福建省清洁核能燃料系统与材料联合创新重点实验副主任、稀土学会经济与资源专业委员会副主任。主要研究方向为核安新材料、稀土功能材料、二次资源循环。在世界知名期刊发表SCI论文20余篇;授权专利15余项,TCP国际专利1项;牵头制定稀土行业标准2项、EJ国家核行业标准1项;承担国家省市级等项目30余项;福建省首批雏鹰计划人才
