  何超,博士,研究员,博士生导师。2012年博士毕业于中科院福建物质结构研究所,毕业后留所工作,2020年1月晋升为研究员。2015年入选海西研究院“春苗”青年人才计划,2018年入选“中国科学院青年创新促进会”。主持和参与了国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年基金、重大研究计划、中科院GF基金项目、福建省自然科学基金和横向开发项目等。近年来,已在Acta Mater., Chem. Mater., J. Mater. Chem. A,J. Am. Ceram. Soc., J. Eur. Ceram. Soc., Cryst. Growth Des.等期刊发表SCI论文50余篇,授权专利7项。

 

研究方向:高性能铁电压电单晶的生长、结构与性能及换能器应用;铁电晶体的光电基础研究;高温压电材料;铁电/反铁电材料的结构与储能行为。
