何超，博士，研究员，博士生导师。2012年博士毕业于中科院福建物质结构研究所，毕业后留所工作，2020年1月晋升为研究员。2015年入选海西研究院“春苗”青年人才计划，2018年入选“中国科学院青年创新促进会”。主持和参与了国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年基金、重大研究计划、中科院GF基金项目、福建省自然科学基金和横向开发项目等。近年来，已在Acta Mater., Chem. Mater., J. Mater. Chem. A,J. Am. Ceram. Soc., J. Eur. Ceram. Soc., Cryst. Growth Des.等期刊发表SCI论文50余篇，授权专利7项。

研究方向：高性能铁电压电单晶的生长、结构与性能及换能器应用；铁电晶体的光电基础研究；高温压电材料；铁电/反铁电材料的结构与储能行为。
